Every Rem replica begins with high-resolution 3D scans of actual museum specimens or scientific reference models. These digital files are then precision-printed using industrial-grade materials, capturing every pore, crack, and contour of the original fossil.

Once printed, each piece enters the finishing workshop. Layers of filler are carefully applied and sanded to create a smooth, bone-like surface. The final step is hand-painting — a meticulous process that replicates the mineral stains, earthy tones, and subtle variations found in authentic fossilized dinosaur bone.
